Job Description

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst Consultant to join our team at Sia Partners. As a Senior Business Analyst Consultant, you will be responsible for working closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver business requirements for G20 regulations, including trade reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Owner to create, update, and refine User Stories
  • Gather and clarify business requirements with business stakeholders
  • Use monitoring tools to manage applications and respond to business/technical alerts
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest changes in Capital Markets Regulatory Reporting domain
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Scrum, Planning, and Review
  • Evaluate trade reporting issues and escalate them to Senior Management and Compliance as necessary
  • Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders, and business partners
  • Support the interpretation of internal and external policies and regulatory requirements relevant to analytics
  • Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst delivering business requirements for G20 regulations, including trade reporting
  • Strong knowledge and experience within regulatory reporting and domain within repos (repurchase agreement)
  • In-depth understanding of G20 regulations, including trade reporting
  • Global trade repository (DTCC, UnaVista) specifications are a must
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent documentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
