**Job Overview**
Farr Mechanical Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Office Administrator to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant (NOC 13110), you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team.
**Responsibilities**
- Schedule and confirm meetings and appointments
- Provide clients with basic information about products and services
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Utilize quality assurance techniques to establish and carry out office procedures
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- At least 3 years of relevant prior clerical experience
- Experience in HVAC or in the construction industry
- Experience using Microsoft Office (for example, Microsoft Word and Excel) and CRM software
**Benefits**
