A Day in the Life

As a successful Account Manager at Layfield Group. Ltd, you will be a self-motivated, highly disciplined, and enthusiastic team player who utilizes your customer-driven attitude to develop long-term relationships with current customers and prospects.

You will act as a consultant, providing new and unique solutions to your customers, and be responsible for the British Columbia/Yukon region, based out of our Richmond, BC office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively manage and grow existing accounts, as well as grow business within your territory.
  • Prospect and develop exciting business relationships based on trust and respect.
  • Provide tailored solutions to customers through on-site customer consultations, including recommendations from our business catalog of products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service with every interaction.

Requirements

  • Completion of post-secondary education in business or civil engineering.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience within industrial and/or construction industries preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and great driving record.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
