Job Title: Counter Manager
The Counter Manager will be responsible for driving financial results, maximizing top-line sales potential, and ensuring superior service to our customers. This individual will also oversee sales, events, merchandising, operations, training, and employee development, while embodying the brand values and customer base.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Drive financial results in store to meet and exceed plan, including KPIs such as Average Unit Sales (AUS) and Items Per Transaction (IPT). Lead by example on personal KPI goals and communicate agreed goals with staff.
- Customer Service: Manage customer queries through sound judgment and achieve positive outcomes. Build partnerships with Account Executives and Area Trainers to ensure continuous training and development of the team.
- Team Management: Proactively anticipate staffing needs, source and select talent, and determine individual and team sales targets. Analyze business performance and proactively plan strategy within day-to-day business and events.
- Operations: Ensure the counter is 'customer ready' from open to close, maintain required inventory levels, accurate stock files, and control store expenses within budget guidelines.
Requirements:
- 2 years of management experience
- 1 year of make-up artistry experience
- 2 years of retail experience
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
