Bilingual Claims Administrator

**Job Summary**
The Bilingual Claims Administrator will support the dealers in all functions related to parts claims, cores, and returns, ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims and providing exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Process claims within established deadlines, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Authorize credits to dealers for all claim types, maintaining accurate records and reporting as required.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests effectively, providing timely and accurate information to maintain high standards of customer service excellence.
- Administer the company's return and cores policy, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions.
- Analyze and respond to dealer inquiries in a professional, timely, and accurate manner, providing solutions and support as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all claims initiated and report on same when required, providing insights for process improvements.
- Follow up with dealers throughout the claim process, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare month-end and ad-hoc reports as required, providing data-driven insights for business decisions.
- Provide administrative support as needed, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service and/or call center role, with a strong focus on claims processing and customer service.
- Experience in the automotive industry is an asset, with knowledge of parts claims, cores, and returns.
- Bilingual English/French is a definite requirement, with excellent communication and language skills.
- Proficient in MS Office software, with an emphasis on Word and Excel, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Team-oriented and customer service-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organization and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
