Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert claims advice during each interaction to foster an exceptional customer experience.
  • Ensure that client issues are addressed effectively and escalate matters when necessary.
  • Exhibit adaptability to modify tasks based on client and organizational demands.
  • Create an outstanding customer experience and contribute to enhancing the overall service quality.

Scope of Work
  • Utilize foundational knowledge to manage routine tasks effectively.
  • Address limited situations related to claims.
  • Possess limited authority for claim settlements.
  • Complete tasks within defined parameters with guidance from supervisors.
  • Leverage the Claims Resources Team for decision-making on files.
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education (College/University degree).
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
