**Job Summary**

The Bilingual Claims Administrator will support the dealers in all functions related to parts claims, cores, and returns, ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims and providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Process claims within established deadlines, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Authorize credits to dealers for all claim types, maintaining accurate records and reporting as required.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests effectively, providing timely and accurate information to maintain high standards of customer service excellence.
  • Administer the company's return and cores policy, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions.
  • Analyze and respond to dealer inquiries in a professional, timely, and accurate manner, providing solutions and support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all claims initiated and report on same when required, providing insights for process improvements.
  • Follow up with dealers throughout the claim process, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare month-end and ad-hoc reports as required, providing data-driven insights for business decisions.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service and/or call center role, with a strong focus on claims processing and customer service.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is an asset, with knowledge of industry-specific claims processes and procedures.
  • Bilingual English/French is a definite requirement, with excellent communication and language skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office software, with an emphasis on Word and Excel, and ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented and customer service-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid organization and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
