Job Description

This position requires an organized individual who can effectively manage office services, establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed. The administrative officer will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Permanent full-time position available.
  • Work Term: 35 hours per week.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Benefits include a comprehensive health and dental package, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
