Motel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at 10374687 Canada Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our motel, ensuring seamless customer service delivery and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of 11-15 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Perform tasks similar to those of workers supervised, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Requisition materials and supplies, maintaining a well-stocked inventory to meet the needs of our guests.
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to minimize downtime.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Basic security clearance and a criminal record check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
