Motel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at 10374687 Canada Inc. as a key member of our operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the work of 11-15 team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Assign and review tasks to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
- Staff Management
- Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
- Operations and Maintenance
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity.
- Requisition materials and supplies to support operations.
- Security and Safety
- Ensure basic security clearance and conduct regular criminal record checks for staff.
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Communication and Customer Service
- Provide excellent oral and written communication to staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure high-quality customer service delivery and resolve any issues promptly.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment
- Hotel, motel, or resort setting.
- Physical Demands
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload.
