Motel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at 10374687 Canada Inc. as a key member of our operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Direct and supervise a team of 11-15 staff members to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to meet business objectives and customer service standards.
- Staff Management
- Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure staff are meeting performance expectations.
- Operations and Maintenance
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies to support operations.
- Security and Safety
- Ensure a safe and secure work environment for staff and customers.
- Conduct regular security and safety audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a hotel, motel, or resort environment and will be expected to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
Language and Work TermThe language of work is English and the work term is permanent.
Hours of WorkThe hours of work are 40 hours per week.
