This position is situated in a hotel, motel, or resort setting, where the supervisor will manage a team and coordinate activities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform the same duties as the staff being supervised.
- Coordinate, assign, and review the work of team members.
- Recruit and train employees on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Ensure the operation of computer systems and equipment, arranging for repairs as necessary to maintain business continuity and service delivery.
- Order materials and supplies as needed.
The supervisor will oversee a team of approximately 11-15 individuals.
Security and Safety Requirements- Basic security clearance is necessary.
- A criminal record check will be conducted.
