Motel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at 10374687 Canada Inc. as a key member of our operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the work of 11-15 team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Assign and review tasks to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
- Staff Management
- Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
- Operations and Maintenance
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, and computer systems to ensure business continuity.
- Requisition materials and supplies to support operations.
- Security and Safety
- Ensure a safe and secure work environment for staff and guests.
- Conduct regular security checks and maintain basic security clearance.
- Communication and Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns.
- Communicate effectively with staff, management, and guests to ensure seamless operations.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment
- Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
- Physical Demands
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Qualities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
