We are seeking an experienced Specialty Beverage Coordinator to join our team at Rosedale's Finest Specialty Foods. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through excellent beverage preparation and presentation skills.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in specialty beverages, including experience with espresso machines, milk frothing, and latte art. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide outstanding customer service.

This is a full-time position, working approximately 35-44 hours per week, with a range of shift options available, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve high-quality specialty beverages, including espresso-based drinks, tea, and other hot and cold beverages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
  • Develop and implement creative beverage offerings, including seasonal promotions and limited-time specials.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • 1+ years' experience in a specialty food or beverage role, preferably in a boutique or high-end establishment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in specialty beverages, including espresso preparation and latte art.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and professionalism under pressure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset.
