Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Operations Manager to oversee the production and manufacturing of specialty chemicals at Bartek Ingredients Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and document potential environmental and safety concerns, investigating reported issues and recommending measures to improve productivity.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, preparing production reports and recommending measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Oversee the safety of operations, setting up machines and equipment, and requisitioning materials, supplies, and services as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments, training staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial operations management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to provide technical guidance and recommendations.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as chemical engineering or business administration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
