What We Do:

At Clio, our Sales Enablement team plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by empowering our sales teams with the tools, training, and support they need to succeed. We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Director to lead our team and drive our Sales Enablement strategy forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Sales Enablement strategy that aligns with Clio's revenue goals
  • Lead a team of Enablement professionals to design, develop, and deliver world-class enablement content and programs
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Sales Enablement initiatives
  • Analyze data to inform enablement decisions and measure program effectiveness
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in Sales Enablement

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Sales Enablement experience, preferably in SaaS or legal tech
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective Sales Enablement
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Experience working with enterprise SaaS companies and managing complex sales processes
  • Commitment to learning and staying current on industry trends and best practices
