Job Title: Executive Compensation Strategist

Maple Leaf Foods Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Executive Compensation Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our compensation and benefits team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing executive compensation strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement executive compensation programs that align with company goals and objectives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform compensation decisions
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement compensation plans
  • Provide analytical support and counsel on compensation-related matters
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to administer and maintain accurate compensation data
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Familiarity with SAP / Success Factors is an asset
