Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at DIMEX PROJECT MARKETING & CONSULTING INC. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Implement new administrative procedures, review and evaluate existing procedures, delegate work to office support staff, and establish work priorities.
  • Data Management: Assemble data, prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, and perform data entry.
  • Training and Development: Train staff and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Supervision: Supervise 1 to 2 people.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: Urban area.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Quick Books, SharePoint, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, Project management software, Google Drive, and Google Docs.
  • Security and Safety: Basic security clearance.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, ability to multitask, time management, adaptability, integrity, and team player.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
