Are you a skilled administrator looking for a new challenge? Disability Solutions is seeking a talented Office Manager to support our Regional President in Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Canadian office.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8+ years of general administrative experience, with at least 5+ years of experience providing administrative support to C-level executives. You will be highly organized, possess excellent communication and follow-up skills, and have a strong attention to detail.

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and events for the Regional President.
  • Preparing and maintaining budget records, accounts, and approved expenditures.
  • Overseeing the operation of accounts and approving expenditures.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000 per year.
