Executive Administrative Assistant to the Regional President Canada Lead

Disability Solutions is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support our Regional President in Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our Canadian office.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8+ years of general administrative experience, with at least 5+ years of experience providing administrative support to C-level executives. You will be highly organized, possess excellent communication and follow-up skills, and have a strong attention to detail. Additionally, you should have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Zoom, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the efficient use of the Regional President's time by prioritizing daily workflow and contacts.
- Anticipating and preparing daily schedules, meetings, and priorities.
- Arranging complex travel plans, itineraries, and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
- Preparing weekly expense reports and reconciling corporate credit cards.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
