Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with their purchases, provide product information, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, maintain knowledge of Brick products and services, and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve common goals, share knowledge, and provide support when needed.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability to multitask and stay organized, and flexibility to work all shifts as required.
