Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Outbound Sales Representative to join our team at JobCart Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through our digital marketing platform.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong passion for sales, customer service, and digital marketing. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with our clients to understand their business needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Pitch and sell our digital marketing products and services to clients, focusing on value-added benefits and ROI.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through proactive communication, issue resolution, and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market research to inform sales strategies and product development.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a digital marketing or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office or related software.
