About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires a strong passion for sales, customer service, and digital marketing. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide customized solutions.
- Pitch and sell our digital marketing solutions to clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
- Perform follow-ups with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Log and document client interactions and issues to ensure accurate tracking and resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and sales principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
