Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Structube. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and promoting our modern and contemporary home furniture and accessories.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Advise customers on our products and services, ensuring they receive a personalized and engaging experience.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our latest products and services, and be able to answer customer questions and concerns.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management and reception of goods, ensuring our stores are well-stocked and organized.
- Store Presentation: Ensure our stores are clean and visually appealing, with products showcased in an attractive and inviting manner.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer-facing role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- Physical Demands: Ability to move or lift loads up to 65 lbs (30 kg).
