Job OverviewThe successful candidate will develop and lead data and CRM strategies to drive our digital transformation agenda. This involves partnering with cross-functional teams to build first-party data collection opportunities, creating acquisition, retention, and engagement programming, and driving brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Set strategy and plans to achieve the first-party data objective.
- Partner with Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Ecommerce teams to integrate first data capture in all activations/programs.
- Work with agencies on day-to-day project management and delivery.
- Meet KPIs on 1st party data acquisition/enrichment, delivering on efficiency and business outcomes.
- Align with the internal legal team on data collection methods to ensure compliance with data privacy and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in data-driven performance marketing, data analytics, and CRM strategy. Certifications in Martech stacks like Salesforce and Data Cloud are highly valued. Experience working on D2C projects is also an advantage.
Salary RangeWe offer a competitive salary range of ₹25-35 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
