Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Logistics Transformation Strategist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing warehouse strategies, serving as the subject matter expert for warehouse analytics, and leading the sustainability strategy for warehouse operations.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field, with at least 7 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations. A bachelor's degree is required, and a master's degree is preferred. Certification in supply chain management or logistics is also desirable.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive warehouse strategies, aligning with overall business objectives and logistics plans;
- Serve as the subject matter expert for warehouse analytics, providing insights to facilitate strategic decision-making;
- Lead the development and execution of the sustainability strategy for warehouse operations, driving initiatives to achieve the net zero roadmap and ensure environmentally responsible practices;
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and space utilization;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate warehouse operations with supply chain and logistics strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 7+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations;
- Proven track record of developing and executing warehouse strategies;
- Strong expertise in warehouse analytics and data-driven decision-making;
- Knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory standards in warehouse operations.
