Growth Marketing Leader for North America

We are seeking a seasoned Growth Marketing Leader to spearhead our reactivation marketing efforts in North America. This is an exciting opportunity to drive strategic decisions and initiatives across all our brands.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute end-to-end strategies for reactivation marketing campaigns to achieve brand level targets and channel performance goals.
- Manage marketing campaigns and budgets, deliver forecast and performance reporting, and further optimize campaign performance.
- Review and report on key business metrics, analyze data, campaign results, performance, and trends, and identify opportunity areas and drive actionable insights.
- Analyze the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns across both online/offline channels.
- Partner with the creative team to ideate new creative ideas to improve channel performance.
- At least 7 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably at a high-growth organization or digital marketing/growth agency.
- Strong quantitative & analytical skills. Ability to use data to make decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Management or related fields with strong academic record, MBA Preferred.
- Estimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
