**Regional Marketing Manager, North America**
**Overview**
PagerDuty is seeking a dynamic Regional Marketing Manager to own regional programming that drives pipeline growth for our North American market. Collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams, this role adopts a data-driven and outcomes-focused approach to optimize pipeline contributions for North America. As a key member of the Global Demand Generation team, you will help scale our integrated demand generation efforts by activating regional/local programming to source, accelerate, and retain Enterprise revenue opportunities for PagerDuty.
**How you impact our vision**:
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to tailor and execute regional marketing plans that align with overall business and North American pipeline goals.
- Partner closely with regional Sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives and contribute to pipeline targets.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute regional events, including tradeshows, conferences, and roundtables, to engage with future and current PagerDuty customers.
- Collaborate with other Marketing functions, such as Global Campaigns, Account-Based Experiences, Corporate Events, and Performance Marketing, to drive maximum impact across our marketing channels for pipeline creation.
- Develop, maintain, and manage the Regional Marketing budget for North America in a strategic approach aligned with pipeline goals.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of regional marketing performance and program ROI, identifying opportunities for optimization.
**Basic Qualifications**:
- 4+ years of experience in successfully executing B2B regional marketing programs, with a particular focus on event management
- Experience driving cross-functional collaboration with Enterprise Sales teams
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a solid understanding of B2B marketing pipeline and funnel metrics
- Ability to travel to regional events (up to 2-3 times per month)
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- B2B SaaS background
- Strong communication and copywriting skills across internal and external audiences
The base salary range for this position is 98,000 - 138,000 CAD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.
