About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Triple Trans Mill Services Ltd. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Team Support: Provide support to our team members, including training, coaching, and mentoring.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
