Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at CanTech Diamonds Inc.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, and supporting documents
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for senior staff members
  • Manage contracts and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries from clients and stakeholders
  • Work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
  • Conduct research and provide data analysis to support business decisions
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in a related field, such as business administration or communications
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Criminal record check
Work Environment

This is a hybrid work arrangement, with 30 hours per week in the office and flexibility to work remotely as needed.
