Sales Account Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at FloForm Countertops in Vancouver. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and designers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, provide training, and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Participate in product launches, color launches, and social media marketing initiatives to promote new products and services.
- Manage dealer display boards, sample orders, and other sales-related activities.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of sales experience in a related industry.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Basic computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to solve problems, think critically, and work independently.
- Effective verbal communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time and goals effectively.
- Able to lift up to 60 pounds and travel to clients regularly.
- Possess a valid driver's license and be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends.
