About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Mahakal Foods Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Conduct regular assessments of our restaurant's daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement effective plans to manage our restaurant's daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Recruit and Manage Staff: Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff to ensure that our restaurant is well-staffed and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Set Staff Work Schedules: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure that our restaurant is adequately staffed during peak periods.
  • Supervise Staff: Provide guidance, support, and feedback to staff to ensure that they are performing to the best of their ability.
  • Determine Type of Services to be Offered: Work with our management team to determine the types of services that we will offer to our customers, including menu items, promotions, and special events.
  • Implement Operational Procedures: Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Manage our restaurant's inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure Health and Safety Regulations are Followed: Ensure that our restaurant complies with all relevant health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Negotiate Arrangements with Suppliers: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for our food and other supplies.
  • Negotiate with Clients: Negotiate with clients to secure catering and other business opportunities for our restaurant.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
