About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at United Foods Inc. O/A McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve staff performance and productivity.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, supplies, and equipment.
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
    • Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
