About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our restaurant leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving guest satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Growth
    • Develop and execute strategies to increase restaurant sales and guest counts
    • Identify opportunities to improve sales and implement effective solutions
  • Improve Guest Satisfaction
    • Ensure high-quality food and service standards are met
    • Develop and implement initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain High-Quality Restaurant Operations
    • Ensure all restaurant operations meet McDonald's high standards
    • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste
  • Lead and Develop Team Members
    • Coach and develop General Managers, Restaurant Managers, and Assistant Managers
    • Provide ongoing education and training to improve skills and knowledge
  • Engage with the Local Community
    • Develop and implement community outreach initiatives to build relationships and drive sales

Requirements

  • Current or previous experience in a supervisory position in a quick-service environment
  • Demonstrated a consistent record of achieving and exceeding operations standards
  • Demonstration of a people-first approach to achieve results
