Office Support Specialist

We are seeking an Office Support Specialist to join our team at Aquapack Sales Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Tasks
- Provide administrative support to our office team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and other materials as required.
- Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Office Operations
- Assist with the maintenance of our office facilities, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of our office.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role is an asset.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
