Office Support Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Sterling Notary Public. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, directing and controlling daily operations, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Direct and control daily operations
- Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Oversee the preparation of reports
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Perform data entry
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Willing to relocate
- Relocation costs covered by employer
