Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Aquapack Sales Ltd. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the office team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
Assist with correspondence, reports, and other documents
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and bank deposits
Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries
Requirements:
7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Word and other office software
