Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

Japikor Cuisine Corporation is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage food and kitchen supplies, ensuring quality control standards are met.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef and oversee the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 food and beverage servers.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of culinary genres and ability to establish work schedules.
