About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager - Business Operations to join our team at New Punjab Sweets and Restaurant Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Service Offerings and Operational Procedures

The Restaurant Manager - Business Operations will be responsible for determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Financial Management

The successful candidate will be responsible for balancing cash and completing balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

Performance Reviews

The Restaurant Manager - Business Operations will conduct regular performance reviews to ensure that our staff are meeting their performance goals and to identify areas for improvement.

Cost Management

The successful candidate will be responsible for costing products and services to ensure that we are offering competitive pricing to our customers.

Regulatory Compliance

The Restaurant Manager - Business Operations will be responsible for enforcing provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to ensure that our business is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

Inventory Management

The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.

Health and Safety

The Restaurant Manager - Business Operations will ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to ensure a safe working environment for our staff and customers.

Operational Planning

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations to ensure that our business is running efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years
