We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Kelly O'Bryans Neighbourhood Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service, and leading a team of food and beverage servers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Training
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our food and beverage servers
    • Provide guidance and support to ensure that our team members are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Quality Control
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
    • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed
  • Customer Service
    • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
    • Work closely with our kitchen team to ensure that all orders are prepared and delivered to our customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Operations and Administration
    • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure that our restaurant is well-stocked and maintained
    • Prepare and submit reports as needed to support business operations and decision-making
  • Team Management
    • Lead and supervise a team of food and beverage servers to ensure that our restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No formal education required, but a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in restaurant supervision is preferred
  • Certifications
    • Serving It Right Certificate required
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, team player
