About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at DIWAN A DAWETT RESTAURANT LTD O/A DAWETT RESTAURANT. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
    • Train and develop our staff, providing guidance and support to help them improve their skills and performance.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish and implement effective systems and procedures to manage our restaurant's operations, including inventory management, supply chain management, and food safety protocols.
    • Monitor and control costs, ensuring that we are operating within our budget and making a profit.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on restaurant operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
    • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for change.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
