About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Revenue Accounting Specialist to join our team at Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities Inc. As a key member of our Revenue Administration department, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial integrity of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts receivable transactions, lease documents, and resident information using our Yardi software.
  • Process and manage resident charges, rentable items, and cash transactions related to resident accounts.
  • Review and reconcile monthly rent rolls, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Process information for residents moving out and issue refunds as required.
  • Collaborate with Property Managers and Accounting department to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and accounting.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements in our Residential Property Administration workflows.
Requirements
  • Fluency in French and English, with excellent oral and written skills in both languages.
  • Two years' relevant experience and post-secondary education preferred.
  • Experience in Residential Real Estate is an asset.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret Company policies and procedures, as well as relevant Acts and Legislation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with limited supervision.
