Job Summary:
GreenWin is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for performing administrative and revenue duties related to the portfolio of various properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant accounts, including rent payments and outstanding balances.
- Develop and implement effective systems for managing rent collection, including preparing and sending notices to tenants and following up on compliance with Landlord and Tenant Board orders.
- Reconcile and maintain accurate records of rent roll and resident ledger accounts, ensuring timely and accurate posting of transactions.
- Prepare and process month-end financial reports, including gross potential rent and preauthorized payments.
- Process tenant adjustments and amendments, ensuring accurate and timely updates to records.
- Prepare and send rent increase notices, including executing AGI orders and tax decreases.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of experience in property management or a related field.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with tenants and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Yardi 7S and MS Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and results-oriented work ethic.
