Executive Chef Assistant

At Germain Hôtels, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage kitchen operations, ensuring seamless execution of menu items and exceptional guest service.
- Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to achieve high-quality results.
- Develop and implement production schedules, staff requirements, and inventory management to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the Chef to create innovative menus, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Monitor and analyze kitchen performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a reputable fine dining restaurant.
- Proven track record of operations management, with experience in evening and catering/special events business.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
