We are seeking a Pastry Maker to enhance our production team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create doughs, creams, fillings, cakes, entremets, chocolates, and other items following Première Moisson's recipes and production techniques.
- Prepare a variety of dough types, including friable, leavened, and kneaded.
- Bake, assemble, and decorate cakes and entremets.
- Manage the rotation of raw material inventory.
- Adhere to quality, hygiene, sanitation, and occupational health and safety standards set by Première Moisson.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a DEP in pastry-making
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role - Required
- Proficient in pastry-making techniques
- Methodical, adaptable, with a strong focus on product quality, results, and teamwork
- Quick execution skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
