We are seeking a Pastry Maker to enhance our production team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create doughs, creams, fillings, cakes, entremets, chocolates, and other items following Première Moisson's recipes and production techniques.
  • Prepare a variety of dough types, including friable, leavened, and kneaded.
  • Bake, assemble, and decorate cakes and entremets.
  • Manage the rotation of raw material inventory.
  • Adhere to quality, hygiene, sanitation, and occupational health and safety standards set by Première Moisson.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a DEP in pastry-making
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role - Required
  • Proficient in pastry-making techniques
  • Methodical, adaptable, with a strong focus on product quality, results, and teamwork
  • Quick execution skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities
