As an Account Director, you'll play a critical role in achieving this vision by leading the sale of our Digital Marketing product lines to our largest customers in the retail, travel, and hospitality industries.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level customers across multiple fields (CIO, CTO, CMO, CDO)
  • Proactively identify and achieve sales targets through software solution selling capabilities and direct customer engagement
  • Manage large, complex sales processes internally and externally, involving multiple stakeholders and teams
  • Meet sales quotas and run efficient business operations
  • Advance and close sales opportunities through effective execution of sales strategies and roadmaps
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience selling solutions to Marketing, IT, and brands or lines of business in large enterprise organizations
  • Strong understanding of digital experience technologies and SaaS within the Retail and Travel and Hospitality space
  • Validated Sales Excellence and creative problem-solving approach
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, partnering with other Adobe teams
