About the Role

Canadian Blood Services is seeking a highly skilled Associate Director, Digital Marketing to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Integrated Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to build our brand, expand our donor base, and enhance donor loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a holistic digital experience strategy to drive conversion and retention.
  • Lead a cross-functional team to deliver highly optimized digital experience strategies and programs.
  • Manage the digital experience technology strategy, including the roadmap of capabilities required to enable digital experience strategies and tactics.
  • Partner with internal teams to build a healthy pipeline of digital transformation.
  • Contribute to insights by managing, analyzing, and reporting on target segment penetration, lead flow, campaign flow, lead attribution, and marketing funnel management.

Requirements

  • Completion of a university degree in marketing, digital, or other applicable areas of expertise, or equivalent work experience.
  • 8-10 years of progressive digital marketing experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a digital marketing team leadership role.
  • Strategic thinker, highly collaborative, visionary, and strong business acumen.

Work Environment

  • This role will work in a hybrid environment with requirements to be onsite at Canadian Blood Services location 40% of the time/2 days of the week.
  • You may be required to travel nationally on a quarterly basis, and as required.
