About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at 2635469 Ontario INC. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth through effective leadership and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to sales staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner, and that customer complaints are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field, such as business or marketing.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team of sales professionals.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices, with the ability to analyze sales data and make recommendations to improve sales performance.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position, working 30 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
