The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for multi-tasking on various customer service business processes, including implementing solutions that meet customer requirements, handling technical support issues, and traveling to customers to install and troubleshoot our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement solutions to meet customer needs
  • Handle technical support issues
  • Travel to customers for product installation and troubleshooting
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, experience in trouble resolution combined with strong analytical skills, and working knowledge in help desk and trouble ticket resolution. Additionally, you should have experience with Cisco firewalls/routers/switches, Windows 2000 and 2003 server administration, deployment, and performance tuning, as well as direct customer exposure/experience.

Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
