Multilingual HR Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Multilingual HR Support Specialist to join our team at Randstad Canada. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our Human Resource Recruiting department in meeting the staffing demands of our business units.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to hiring managers and job applicants via phone, email, or in-person.
- Assisting with the hiring process from start to finish, including preparing job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintaining accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Developing reports, organizing and maintaining data, creating presentations, and managing projects using Microsoft applications.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Bilingual skills in French and English.
- An undergraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a corporate staffing department.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $28 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.
